Everything below was produced by Culture and Play LLC (dba C2B Team). Each piece says what our team did and what it didn't, so you can judge the fit without taking our word for scope.
1 · Concept films
Both of these are concept films: they sell an experience that doesn't exist yet, which is precisely what the Nations Plaza concept video has to do.
A concept film built to pitch a travelling football museum and visitor experience, currently under evaluation for licensing.
A concept film for a fan activation built around the 2026 World Cup, created to present the idea to brands and rights holders.
1b · The document behind the film
The film sells the idea in two minutes. This is the document underneath it: an 8,000 sq ft visitor experience broken into thirteen themed zones, each with its visitor journey, its interactive format and its sponsorship opportunity. It is the closest thing we have to the Guest Experience & Programming Framework and the Interactive Experiences inventory that Nations Plaza Phase I calls for.
Main Entrance · The Museum · Hall of Fame · Passion & Pride · Controversies · Best Goals · The Finals · Live Stage · Play the Game · Goal-Side Lounge · Media Hub · The Store · Portraits.
Every zone is specified the same way: what the visitor does, what gets built, and where a sponsor or a partner nation can live inside it without breaking the experience.
A plaza of participating nations poses the same design question as a travelling museum: how a visitor moves, where they stop, what they can play, and how a sponsor or a nation shows up as part of the experience rather than as signage on top of it.
We’d run the same method for CD8 — with the community engagement track feeding the zone design rather than bolted on afterwards.
2 · Events produced end to end
On both of these we owned the concept, the production and the content. The videos below are ours too: same team, same project.
Competitive racing activation for Círculo Creativo USA, the association of Hispanic creatives in U.S. advertising. Simulators, branded track, live competition and content capture across the night.
U.S. premiere of the Argentine Football Association's official film. Largest single-night production we've delivered: stage, screens, programming, hospitality and crowd flow, with celebrity and influencer coverage extending reach well beyond the room.
3 · Activation concepts with community outreach
Two live examples of the format we’d use for Nations Plaza: the experience, the programming, the audience and the outreach component, in one navigable document. Both are embedded below — scroll inside each frame, or open it full screen.
Retail-anchored fan programme for a footwear chain whose customer base is predominantly Latino: five station formats, neighbourhood tournaments and a participation mechanic that runs across locations. Written in English, built around a dwell-time benchmark we hold from a previous retail programme.
A culture-first activation programme presented jointly with two partner studios. We kept it in Spanish because the audience is Spanish-speaking — that is how we work, rather than writing in English and translating afterwards.
4 · South Los Angeles and CD8
We do not hold standing relationships with community organizations inside CD8 today. We'd rather say that now than discover it mid-project.
What we do have is adjacent and real: bilingual community programming as our core practice; work with a dual-language public school in Culver City; two years inside Círculo Creativo USA; and a response submitted to LA County's Youth Development RFI earlier this year.
For CD8 our approach is to bring a community partner rooted in the district rather than present ourselves as one. We have candidates in mind and can make introductions. If RWS is already in conversation with an organization there, we're equally glad to work underneath them — what matters is that the district relationship is genuine.
5 · What we'd own in Phase I
